POLICIES

All artwork is created and stored in a smoke-free, bird-friendly studio.  Please feel free to ask any questions you may have before you purchase.  Many clients I work with are first-time art buyers, and I quickly answer questions and can even provide additional photos to help you make the best decision about your art purchase.

SHIPPING

Ready-made art usually ships within 1-3 business days, but no later than one week from purchase.  Made-to-Order art usually ships within 7-10 days.  If you have a deadline, please contact me and I will do my best to meet it.  I guarantee a shipping date, but after mailing, packages are beyond my control and may take longer than expected.   I use (clean and sturdy) recycled or eco-friendly packaging whenever possible. 

Buyers outside the USA are responsible for tariffs, customs dues, and any other fees that may be charged upon the package entering their country. The actual contents and selling price will be shown on customs forms, in compliance with US laws. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All artwork is represented as accurately as possible, though variations in computer screens may cause colors to appear different. All dimensions are correct within a half-inch (1 cm).  If an exact color match is necessary, I must have a color swatch to work from. 

I stand behind my work, and will process a refund/exchange for any defect that is my fault, at my expense. Return or exchange requests for personal reasons (does not match decor, change of heart, smaller or larger than expected, etc.) will be accepted within 7 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for artwork returned for personal reasons, and refunds (for the item price only) are issued after I receive the piece back in its original condition.  Custom order deposits are nonrefundable after work has begun. Please talk to me about any issue with your order - I'm sure we can work something out. I want my art collectors to be happy! 

DAMAGE

I carefully package all my paintings to ensure they arrive on your doorstep safe and sound.  I take responsibility for your artwork arriving intact.  In the unlikely event of damage, contact me immediately.  I will need photos of the damage, and will require a signed statement of loss to file an insurance claim.  Damaged art will be exchanged or refunded.
